Microsoft Launches Intel-Powered Surface Copilot+ PCs
Discover the new Intel-powered Surface Pro 11 and Surface Laptop 7 Copilot+ PCs for businesses, featuring enhanced performance and AI capabilities.

Microsoft has expanded its Surface lineup with Intel-powered versions of the Surface Pro 11 and Surface Laptop 7, both designated as Copilot+ PCs for businesses. These new models, available starting February 18, offer businesses the choice between Intel’s Lunar Lake processors and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X series chips within identical designs.

Paired with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enhanced AI processing power, these devices transform the employee experience to amplify your team’s efficiency and creativity through Copilot+ PC experiences designed for work,” Microsoft said.
Surface Laptop 7 for Business: Price and Specifications
The Surface Laptop 7 for businesses starts at $1,499.99, a $500 premium over the Qualcomm variant. Available in 13.8-inch and 15-inch sizes, it can be configured with Intel Core Ultra 5 or Ultra 7 processors, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage.
Microsoft estimates battery life of up to 14 hours on the 15-inch model and up to 12 hours on the 13.8-inch version, comparable to the Qualcomm-powered models.
“This thin and compact design delivers on the critical fundamentals that businesses rely on. When compared to Surface Laptop 5, the new Surface Laptop delivers up to 26% faster performance for multi-tasking, up to 2x faster graphics performance, up to 3x the battery life when on Teams calls and can easily power new AI-powered experiences through the NPU,” Microsoft claims.
A 5G version of the Surface Laptop 7 is also planned, with Microsoft to provide details later this year.
Surface Pro 11 for Business: Price and Specifications
The Surface Pro 11 for businesses also starts at $1,499.99 and is available starting February 18. It offers the same 13-inch LCD or OLED display options as the Qualcomm model and the configuration options include Core Ultra 5 or Ultra 7 processors, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage.
New Accessories
Alongside the new Surface devices, Microsoft is also launching a new USB 4 dock for $199.99 (available starting February 18). Compatible with all USB-C Surface devices, the dock supports dual 4K displays at 60Hz, offers 65-watt passthrough charging, and provides up to 40Gb/s data transfer speeds. It includes a variety of ports, including USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, and Ethernet.
